The service was impeccable, with housekeeping replacing my bedding and towels daily. The room itself was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was heavenly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is ideal for tourists who want to explore downtown easily. Situated very close to the city center, it has excellent bus links, and it’s on top of a pub that operates until 3 am for those who like some late, night entertainment. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and refreshing, and the service is efficient. the continental breakfast is included, and the hotel provides a self, help breakfast bar , giving them flexibility to choose the items they want to consume.
The hotel has poor quality Wi, Fi, which can be frustrating who need to stay connected.

Complimentary breakfast and friendly staff were the best aspects. Location was great as it facilitated access to the city's attractions. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in my room.
It was not a very pleasant experience. the room was too small and old-fashioned.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Sydney's attractions, such as Darling Harbour and Chinatown, all within walking distance. The room, although not the most modern, was clean and had everything we needed. The self-help breakfast bar was a convenient and tasty way to start our day. Despite the initial noise from the bar, the subsequent nights were quiet. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its ideal location and reasonable price.
